PAYMENT POLICY

  • Only prepaid payments are accepted

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available

  • Payments are processed securely through PhonePe Business Payment Gateway

  • An order is confirmed only after successful payment

In case of payment failure, the resolution will be handled as per the payment gateway’s policies.


SHIPPING POLICY

  • We offer Pan-India shipping

  • Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 working days after dispatch

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location or unforeseen circumstances

All shipping-related updates will be shared directly with the customer.


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Returns and refunds are not allowed

  • Exchange or replacement is provided only in case of genuine issues, such as:

    • Damaged product

    • Incorrect product delivered

Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photo or video proof. After verification, a replacement will be arranged.


PRICING & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Prices may be revised in the future

  • Order cancellation is not allowed once the order is placed, regardless of dispatch status
